Participants will explore conflict resolution techniques, communication exercises and parent-teacher relationship building strategies through a series of activities and mock scenarios that will help understand multiple viewpoints and find common ground with the difficult parent.  This course help educators to connect to parents in the areas of ELA, Social Studies, Math, Science, LOTE, ESL, Special Education, Occupational and Physical Therapists, Guidance Counselors, the Arts, and Physical Education, N-12 develop and grow professionally by the end of this course.
